- Invisalign Straightening | Sapphire Dental
Here at Sapphire Dental, we provide the world-famous Invisalign teeth straightening treatment, and have had wonderful results over the past few years! Invisalign Straightening Book a Consultation Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment using a series of clear aligners to move teeth into position. Unlike traditional metal braces, Invisalign uses a series of custom-made, clear, plastic aligners that cover your teeth and move them gently into position. They are clear and less noticeable than traditional braces, and can be removed for cleaning your teeth, eating and drinking. Invisalign 3D scanning technology is used to assess and plan your clear aligner treatment. The unique ClinCheck software allows you to see how the series of aligners will move your teeth into their projected position, so you can see how your teeth will look before the start of treatment. Once finalised, the scans are sent to the laboratory to make your clear aligners. You will return to collect your aligners and be given instructions on use. You wear each set of aligners for a minimum of 22 hours a day for 1-2 weeks, until they become ‘passive’, before moving on to the next aligner in the series. Regular reviews and sometimes attachments are needed to ensure the appropriate placement of controlled movement on the teeth. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign not only controls the amount of movement per aligner, but also the timing of the movement. This results in an efficient force delivery system that moves teeth into the desired prescribed position. Typically, Invisalign treatment can take between 6 and 18 months, with the fee ranging from £3500–£4500 depending on complexity. This fee can be spread over 12 months and includes retainers to hold your teeth into position and teeth whitening at the end of treatment. - General Dentistry | Sapphire Dental
At Sapphire Dental we pride ourselves in providing high-quality and comfortable general dental treatments. The time we spend discussing and carrying out treatment means that you never feel rushed in and out of the dental chair. This is absolutely one of our greatest attributes as a dental clinic. General Dentistry Our team at Sapphire Dental look after patients of all ages for their general dental care and treatment. Our clinicians have a patient-centred ethos, where we will listen to any concerns, perform a thorough assessment and help guide you towards stable dental health and a smile you can have confidence in. We recommend seeing your dentist regularly to achieve ‘preventive’ dental health, where any problems are identified early to enable timely treatment. At your first, new patient check-up, your dentist will take x-ray pictures and perform a thorough dental examination. They will discuss any findings with you and determine the best treatment to achieve optimum dental health. They will recommend how often they would like to see you for routine dental check-ups. Importantly, our dentists also check for mouth cancer at routine appointments. We welcome patients of all ages for their general dental care, and our dentists are patient, gentle and kind. In fact, we often get very grateful parents for the way we approach children’s dentistry! We enjoy looking after children’s teeth, and offer treatments such as fissure sealants and duraphat varnish application for their preventive care. If treatment is needed, your dentist will discuss with you all options and costs involved, so you will have no financial surprises. Whether it is tooth-coloured fillings to restore, cosmetic bonding to reshape or crowns and bridges to replace, you can be reassured that all our work is delivered to the highest quality using the best materials and techniques. - Cosmetic Dentistry | Sapphire Dental
We provide all forms of cosmetic dentistry to help you achieve your dream smile! This includes Invisalign teeth straightening, Boutique and Enlighten teeth whitening, and composite bonding. Cosmetic Dentistry We offer a range of cosmetic dental treatments such as teeth whitening to restore confidence in your smile. Our dentists will listen to any concerns you have about your teeth. They will assess and discuss a range of cosmetic dental treatments that will improve your teeth and restore confidence in your smile. White fillings. If your teeth have decay and need restoring, we use hard-wearing white filling material that will bond to your teeth and protect them. Cosmetic bonding. Cosmetic bonding material can be colour-matched to your teeth and used to smooth worn or chipped edges, to fill small gaps or to reshape uneven teeth and improve symmetry. Teeth and gum reshaping. Teeth can be gently reshaped to even up your smile. Gums can be too high or low, affecting your appearance; this can be improved with gum contouring and reshaping. Crowns. Crowns can be used to restore decayed or heavily filled teeth, protect a tooth after root canal treatment, or anchor a bridge or denture firmly in place. Your crown will be made to match the colour and shape of your natural teeth, and will offer strength and protection. Veneers. Veneers are made of thin porcelain to cover the front of one or many of your teeth to improve their appearance. They can conceal chips, uneven teeth, stained teeth or gaps. Replace missing teeth. We offer dental implants, bridges or dentures to replace one or many missing teeth. Dental implants act like ‘titanium roots’ to securely hold your cosmetic crown, bridge or denture in place. A bridge is made up of two or more crowns to secure a false tooth or teeth in between. Dentures can be made to look natural and fit securely in place. Enquire Now Back to Treatments

- Dental Implants | Sapphire Dental
Dental implants are a great way to replace very damaged or missing teeth. Our Specialist Periodontist, Dr Manoj Tank, provides dental implant treatment using internationally-renowned implant systems to provide firm tooth replacements which look and feel natural! Dental Implants Book a Consultation Dental implants offer a secure replacement for missing teeth. Dental implants are essentially ‘artificial roots’ made of medical-grade titanium; they integrate with your jawbone to secure your replacement teeth, which are made to look and act just like your natural teeth. Dental implants can restore your quality of life, comfort and appearance. Having replacement teeth that look, feel and function like your natural ones can have a positive impact on your self-confidence and overall wellbeing. Manoj Tank is our skilled implant surgeon using dental implant systems that are clinically proven through some of the most thorough and in-depth research in the industry. He offers an extensive range of teeth-replacement options to his and his referred patients, replacing a missing tooth with a single implant crown, many missing teeth with an implant bridge or supported denture, or all teeth missing with a full arch restoration. It may be that you will require bone grafting or a sinus lift as part of your implant treatment to ensure secure placement. At your initial implant consultation, Manoj will perform a thorough assessment and discuss your options so you can determine the best implant-retained solution for you. This will be written up detailing the stages of implant placement to allow healing before restoring with a crown, bridge or supported denture. This staged approach takes around 6–12 months to ensure the best and most predictable long-term outcome. Excellent cleaning and professional maintenance helps dental implants to last; scientific studies have confirmed that 95% of implants remain secure at 5 years, and 92% at 10 years. The implant system we use is a recognised system from a reputable company and has had, and continues to have, significant research and development over decades of usage; it is extremely rare for a dental implant to not integrate with bone in non-smoking healthy individuals. A good cleaning routine at home coupled with regular dental check-ups and professional cleaning by your dentist and hygiene team will help ensure your dental implants securely hold your replacement teeth in place.
