Online Booking 

When booking an appointment through our online system, please begin by selecting whether you are a NEW or EXISTING patient. The system will then display the appointment types available to you.
 

Next, choose your preferred clinician, followed by a suitable date and time. You will then be guided to complete your patient details.
 

Please note the following important information:
 

  • An EXISTING patient is someone who has attended our practice within the past two years for a full dental examination, or someone enrolled in one of our monthly membership plans. If this does not apply to you, please select the NEW patient option.
     

  • A Direct Access Hygiene appointment is available only to patients who visit us exclusively for hygiene treatment and not for routine dental care.
     

  • If you are an existing patient who is required to pay a deposit for appointments, your booking will only be confirmed once our reception team has received the deposit.
     

  • An Emergency appointment is for assessment of a specific problem by the dentist and does not include a routine dental examination. Treatment on the same day is not guaranteed.
     

  • If our reception team needs to clarify any details regarding your booking, they will contact you directly.
