Can I Cancel My Appointment at Short Notice? What to Do When You Need to Reschedule Last Minute

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you might need to cancel your dental appointment on short notice. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other patients in need of care. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with insufficient notice and without a valid reason, please note that your deposit will be retained as per our policy. This ensures fairness and helps us continue to provide timely services to all our valued patients.


Call the practice - our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. If you are unable to get through to our Reception team outside of these hours leave us a voicemail and we will return your call
