I qualified as a dental nurse in 1994 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, and then as a hygienist in 1996 at the Belfast School of Dental Hygiene. I then moved to England in 1997 working as a Hygienist in London and Farnham before starting at Sapphire in September 2020.

I have a passion for helping patients achieve their best in oral health and ensure that I keep up to date with the latest techniques and tools by attending as many conferences and learning forums as I can. Outside of work, I am a mother to 2 young boys who keep me busy. I do however still find time to keep up with my other passion for running, frequently taking part in local races and half marathons and I hope to complete a marathon soon. Prior to having children I spent many years enjoying martial arts and have achieved a black belt in Karate.
